The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioners along with Mahdeo Mahaton tried to commit the rape at Rani Kumari, Bhagni of the informant, while she had gone to attend the natural call. In that course, Rani Kumari raised alarm, when informant along with others rushed there and saved her then petitioners along with Mahadeo Mahaton assaulted the informant. Cause of occurrence is

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and one Mahadeo Mahaton are own bothers and have falsely been implicated due to land dispute. It is further submitted that after investigation police submitted charge sheet against the petitioners under Sections 341, 323, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Munger, in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
