JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-11-2016 Heard Sri Jeetendra Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ashok Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor Within a short span of time the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail. The petitioner is in custody only since 25.5.2016. His earlier prayer for bail was rejected by this court on 12.7.2016 vide Cr. Misc. No. 26739 of 2016 on the ground of seriousness of accusation as well as the fact that petitioner was accused in other cases relating to committing dacoity. Even then the present petition has been filed .

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50844 of 2016 (2) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 I do not find any ground to review my earlier order. The petition again stands dismissed.
