27-07-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and therefore a direction may be issued to the Investigating Officer to conduct a free and fair kind of investigation. This court is of the opinion that every Investigating Officer is supposed to act freely and fairly while conducting any investigation and it goes without saying that the Investigating Officer of the case is expected to do investigation of the case freely and independently. In case, the petitioner feels aggrieved by the conduct of investigation, he may move before the court below for appropriate relief in terms of the decision of the Hon'ble

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1018 of 2018 (2) dt.27-07-2018 Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P. reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409.

This application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
