Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the Bank.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the loan amount in the name of M/S Maa Vindhya Traders has been adjusted in accordance with the compromise arrived at between the petitioners and the Punjab National Bank and a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- (Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) has been deposited. Thereafter, no dues certificate has been issued by the Bank to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8040 of 2013 (4) dt.10-03-2017 petitioner. As such, the present application has now become infructuous.

Let the no dues certificate be kept on record. Considering the submissions advanced by the parties and that the no dues certificate has been produced in this Court, the application stands disposed of on the basis of the compromise arrived at by the parties.
