JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) For a direction to the Respondents authority to appoint the petitioner on the compassionate ground, quashing the part of the order dated 28.10.2013 passed by the Lt. Colonel, The Commanding Officer (Establishment), 250 Transit Camp, C/o 56 APO whereby and whereunder the prayer of compassionate ground service has not been considered on account of, no vacancy in the Sub-Unit of the Camp.

(II) For a direction to the Respondents authority to

Patna High Court CWJC No.21503 of 2014(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 18.9.2014, pending before the Respondents authority."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
