2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case is squarely covered by judgment dated 13.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.16104 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12873 of 2024(5) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 2024.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the impugned pay verification certificate issued by the pay verification cell of the Education Department, which has been annexed as AnnexureP/5 series to this application, is hereby quashed and the matter is remanded back to the State authorities for proceeding afresh in accordance with law.

4. It goes without saying that the petitioner is entitled to receive pay as earlier.

5. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of.
