2. The petitioner has moved the Court against the order dated 07.09.2016, by which he has been placed under suspension.

3. Learned counsel for the Nagar Parishad, Madhubani, submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with a direction to conclude the departmental proceeding within two months, if not already concluded.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to such proposal.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Nagar Parishad, Madhubani to ensure that the proceeding against the petitioner, if not already concluded, be taken to its logical conclusion within two months.
