====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 1981, G.R. No. 8541 of 1981, Tr. No. 427 of 2016/ 232 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 465, 471, 420 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The allegation against the petitioner is that he attempted to get employment on the basis of forged certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was granted bail on merit but due to lack of Pairvi his bail bond was cancelled by the Court below. The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54616 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 1981, G.R. No. 8541 of 1981, Tr. No. 427 of 2016/232 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall extend his full cooperation in the trial and attend as and when necessary before the Court below, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioner.
