The petitioner is in custody in connection with a case registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other family members committed the murder of the daughter of the informant for non fulfillment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2016. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is the brother of brother-inlaw of the husband of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property of the husband of the deceased. The husband is in

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Barun P.S.Case No. 125/ 2016.
