Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be pursuing the memorial which has been filed and copy annexed to the writ petition as Annexure-10. It is submitted that the same was sent by registered post on 30.01.2018. In support of submission, photocopy of the receipt showing registry has been annexed.
