The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 119/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation the stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of Vikash Kumar and he has made a statement that the same has been purchased from three persons including the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
