JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 30-09-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26725 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender as well as for correction of the father's name of petitioner no. 2 as late Rameshwar Choudhary instead of Gopi Choudhary. The aforesaid mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46381 of 2015 (02) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada. Let the father's name of petitioner no. 2 be read as late Rameshwar Choudhary instead of Gopi Choudhary. The order dated 20.07.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
