JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). For issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the Respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner from the date on which the persons Junior to him have been taken in regular service and also to pay the arrears of Salary, Promotion as A.C.P. and other benefit to the Petitioner as a regular employee.

(B). For issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the Respondents to allow the petitioner all the retirement benefits such as pension, Gratuity, G.P.F., Leave Encashment etc. to

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is now being paid pension, however, the amount, being paid, is much less than what he is entitled to, hence, he be granted liberty to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
