This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) of the Bihar Protection of Internet Deposition Act.

The petitioner allegedly cheated to the informant in persuading her to deposit money in the "Khushee Bank" of the petitioner. The informant was duped as the petitioner had helped her in withdrawal of the money in the name of her late husband. The petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2016. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 368 of 2016 (G.R. No. 706 of 2016) to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dihri, Rohtas, or successor Court.
