JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority which has been constituted vide Notification No. 7/B 3-80/2011-513 dated 13.05.2015, challenging the order dated 15.04.2011, vide Memo No. 386 dated 18.04.2011 passed in Case No. 154/2010 by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11997 of 2011 (3) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Rohtas (Sasaram).

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order which should be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.

The petitioner will be at liberty to file a separate application alongwith his appeal before the State Appellate Authority, if so advised, for any interim relief as sought for by him, during the pendency of the appeal.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
