JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2024 Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Mujtabaul Haque, learned GP-12 appearing on behalf of the State and Dr. Anand Kumar along with Mr. Rajan Prakash, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar.

2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought, inter alia, the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.13101 of 2024(2) dt.02-09-2024 2/3 "That the present application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders commanding the competent State Respondent for payment of differences after revision of salary from September, 2006 to 31.01.2011 (till retirement) to the petitioner and monthly pension alongwith his retiral benefit."

The petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Director, Panchayati Raj for the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition, considering the fact that the petitioner, who retired from the post of Panchayat Secretary on 31.01.2011 and he was transferred from one block to another during his service period, however, due to non-consideration of revised pay scale for the period commencing from September, 2006 to 31.01.2011, during which he became entitled for the same, his pension was fixed on a lesser pay scale, leading to the financial hardship to the petitioner.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner and his desire that he seeks to file a detailed comprehensive representation before the Director, Panchayati Raj, I find it proper to direct the Director, Panchayati Raj to call for the service particulars of the petitioner from all the places of posting of the petitioner, in the respective Blocks and take a decision whether the petitioner is entitled for pay revision from September, 2006 till his date of superannuation i.e. 31.01.2011,

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
