The petitioner seeks bail in Bagaha P.S. Case No. 240/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511, 457 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(XI) of the SC & ST Act. Later on charge-sheet under Section 354, 457 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(X) of the SC & ST Act was submitted. The petitioner is alleged to have tried to outrage the modesty of the sister-in-law of the informant. The petitioner was caught red-handed. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months and the police after investigation submitted charge-sheet under Sections 457, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(i)(x) of the SC & ST Act.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45786 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 240/2015.
