1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order of this Court dated 18.06.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.9643 of 2019 has already stood complied with, inasmuch as the outstanding salary of the petitioner for the period upto the date of his termination, has already been paid.
2. Having regard to the aforesaid stand taken by the
Patna High Court MJC No.3284 of 2019(3) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 opposite parties, not refuted by the petitioner, I do not find any reason to continue with the present proceedings, hence the present petition stands disposed off.
