The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015 registered under Sections 376, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Regard being had to the specific allegation against the petitioner in the FIR that he ravished the informant, a minor girl aged about 15 years, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
