Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught on the spot and furthermore, he carries criminal antecedent of five cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Nadi Nainaha P.S. Case No. 04 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,, Bagaha, West Champaran, stands rejected.
