The petitioner joined the service as a Clerk in the Irrigation Department in the year 1983 and superannuated from the same post on 30th of June, 2019. His grievance is that despite his having worked for 36 years in the department and his being entitled for the financial progression under the A.C.P. and M.A.C.P. Schemes of 2003 and 2010 respectively, he has not been granted the same without any plausible reason.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to make a representation before the Joint Secretary-cum-Director, Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of three weeks, who, on receipt of the same, shall look into the facts of the case, verify the entitlement and pass reasoned order in accordance with law, within a further period of ten weeks.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
