The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 115 of 2022 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against him. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62508 of 2022(3) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 115 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
