The petitioners are named in the First Information Report on the accusation that they along with others took the deceased in the evening of 14.01.2015. The aforesaid fact was brought to the notice of the informant by witness Kari Sahni whose statement has been recorded at Para 10 of the case diary. The informant and some others went to the house of the petitioners on 15.01.2015 and enquired about the deceased upon which petitioner no. 1 disclosed that the deceased had fled away from there. Subsequently, on 21.01.2015 the dead body of the deceased was recovered from Gandak river and thereafter the present case was lodged.

No.44935 of 2015 (3) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 Considering facts and circumstances as well as the submissions of the parties, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
