JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have been caught on the spot when he was making attempt to steal the motorcycle of the informant but the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 15-07-2015. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 220 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
