The petitioner seeks bail in Baroon P.S. Case No.160 of 2015, G.R. No.2049 of 2015, S.T. No.331 of 2016/97 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 392 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier this Court vide order dated 2.5.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18278 of 2016 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that altogether five witnesses have already been examined. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52005 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 is rejected. However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
