JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 This is an application for grant of regular bail in favour of the petitioner who is an accused in connection with Sonbarsa Raj PS Case No. 52 of 2015 registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

I am not inclined to consider this application for grant of bail to the petitioner for the sole reason that the petitioner has brought on record by way of an Annexure, a copy from the Case Diary of the aforementioned Sonbarsa Raj PS Case No. 52 of 2015. This shows that the petitioner/his pairvikars are interfering with the investigation and there is every chance that they will be tampering with the evidence.

This application is rejected.
