2. On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has preferred the instant I.A. No.1/2026 for withdrawal of this appeal.

3. Referring to the said I.A., learned counsel for the appellant further submits that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal.
