JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners, out of whom two are ladies, apprehend their arrest in relation to Parsa P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015, instituted under sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 326, 328 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that the present case arises out of a complaint lodged twenty days after the occurrence, and is a concocted case, and there is no injury report. Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks in the court below, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45261 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
