The license of the petitioner has been cancelled but the petitioner has not availed of his statutory remedy of appeal.

For the afore-noted reason, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and we dispose of the same by directing that in case the petitioner prefers an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of 30 days,

Patna High Court CWJC No.18157 of 2019(2) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 the same be looked into and after providing sufficient opportunity to the petitioner to present his case, a final order shall be passed by the Appellate Authority within a further period of 60 days, giving reasons in support of the decision taken by him.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, the petition stands disposed of.
