Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for the reimbursement of medical bill relating to treatment of his daughter.

Counsel for the State submits that it is evident from the counter affidavit of Annexure-3 that the age of the petitioner's daughter is more than 30 years as she was born on 23.07.1986 and in the light of circulars of the Finance Department as well as Health Department, the petitioner is not entitled to get the medical reimbursement for his daughter.
