1. Heard both the parties.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 279 of 2020, dated 20.10.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 417, 420, 468 and 471/34 of the I.P.C.

3.The allegation against the petitioner is of having got himself impersonated by any person and the other person namely Saket Kumar was sent to appear in the examination, where he was suppose to appear.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is required to be done from the concerned person who has been arrested. Allegation of forgery cannot be attributed to the petitioner.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Taking into consideration all the aspects and the nature of allegation, it is found that investigation is required to be done against Anil Kumar too.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
