1. The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents, more particularly, the Circle Officer, Nabinagar,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15134 of 2024(2) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 Aurangabad, to remove the encroachment in question, made over public land, appertaining to Khata No.37, Plot No.259, 287 and 325, situated at Mauza-Sasma, Circle-Nabinagar, Aurangabad.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Nabinagar, District-Aurangabad, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
