JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Sri Pramod Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of Sri Manish Dhari Singh, learned counsel for the respondent /B.N. Mandal University as well as learned AC to SC No. 12 submits that in the present writ petition the petitioners have prayed for directing the respondents to consider their cases for time bound promotion. However, during the pendency of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12111 of 2011 (7) dt.09-05-2016 2/2 writ petition their claim has already been rejected. Accordingly, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that, the petitioners if so advised, may assail the order of rejection of their claim.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.
