ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2019 in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.10 of 2012 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the medical history of the petitioner and that he had been referred to Mandal Kara, Supaul to the Hospital and thereafter he was referred to the DMCH. It is further submitted that the petitioner's condition is very critical and now has been referred to the PMCH. It is further submitted at the Bar that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55193 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 after discharge from DMCH, he has now been referred to the PMCH.

Considering the serious nature of ailment of the petitioner and that he has been in custody since 08.04.2019, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Supaul, in connection with Chhatapur P.S.
