Having regard to the admitted position that the petitioner has assailed an order of termination of her service of December 2007 as also approved in the judgment of District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Buxar dated 16.10.2009 by filing this writ application on 29.9.2015 this writ application after more than six years of the date of the impugned order of the Tribunal must be held to be barred by the principle of delay and laches.

That being so, this application is dismissed on the ground of delay and laches.
