Case No. 287 of 2012 was registered which was left out to be typed in the aforesaid order. Let Town Begusarai P.S. Case No. 287 of 2012, arising out of Complaint Case No. 1546(C) of 2012 be incorporated in the aforesaid order.

Accordingly, the order dated 16.12.2015 is modified to the extent indicated above.
