2. This application has been filed for direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment from the land in question.

3. The petitioner is directed to file an application before the Circle Officer, Barauni, Begusarai for redressal of his grievances.

4. In the event, if such representation is filed by the petitioner, the Circle Officer, Barauni, Begusarai will act in accordance with law and if he found any encroachment, he may initiate proceeding under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.
