2. In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- "That the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate
Patna High Court CWJC No.13868 of 2024 dt.17-09-2024 2/3 writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, command/commands direction/directions, for directing the respondents to make suitable award for the land of the petitioner which has been demarcated without notice appertaining to Khata No. 211, Khesra No. 362, Thana No. 211, Area 1 Decimal under N.H. 122b vide map 1.0 decimals demarcated in Revenue Village-Chandpur Dhamoun under Patori Sub-Division, DistrictSamastipur. "
3. The matter relates to the land appertaining to Khata No. 211, Khesra No. 362, Thana No. 211, Area 1 Decimal under N.H. 122b.
4. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent no.9/the District Land Acquisition Officer, Samastipur to dispose of the pending representation dated 24.02.2023, within a fixed time frame.
5. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid representation dated 24.02.2023 is still pending, the same may be disposed of within a stipulated time frame, as is fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into account the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondent no.9/the District Land Acquisition Officer, Samastipur to
Patna High Court CWJC No.13868 of 2024 dt.17-09-2024 3/3 dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 24.02.2023, in case the same has not yet been disposed of, by passing a final order under in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
7. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
