The petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2019 in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No.74 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit bringing on record certain injury reports. However, learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner was the sole person who had attacked many of the family members of the informant and the injury reports itself indicate the manner in which the occurrence had taken place and that several persons have been injured on account of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55674 of 2019(2) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 highhandedness of the present petitioner. It is thus submitted that the petitioner is not entitled to the privilege of bail. Considering the entire facts and circumstances and that the F.I.R. itself indicates that the petitioner had attacked not only one but many of the members within the family of the informant, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
