1. Similar issue has been decided against the petitioner and similarly situated aspirants seeking selection as "Assistant Professor" in different subjects advertised by the Bihar State University Service Commission [for short "Commission"] by the Division Bench of this Court in favour of the Commission / respondents.

2. The Division Bench has held that judgment / order passed

Patna High Court CWJC No.13810 of 2024(2) dt.10-09-2024 2/2 in CWJC No. 4925 of 2022 cannot be relied upon by the petitioner inasmuch as the petitioners therein diligently approached the Court and obtained orders for acceptance of their experience certificate which is confined to the petitioners therein. The order passed in CWJC No. 4952 / 2022 can not revive a stale claim. Accordingly, the order / judgment has been set aside by the Division Bench in LPA No. 653 of 2024 arising out of CWJC No. 16795 / 2023 by order dated 06.09.2024.

3. Mr. Kumar Kaushik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner accepts this fact that LPA No. 653 / 2024 has been decided against the persons having identical issue in the writ application akin to that of the writ petitioner herein.

4. Accordingly, I do not find any merit in this application. The same stands dismissed.
