JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2018 The matter has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the behest of learned Counsel for the petitioner for modification with regard to plot number of the land in question incorporated in paragraph no. 4 of the order dated 06.09.2017.

It appears that the plot in question includes Plot Nos. 2645 (Ka) (Kha) and 2641/3613 (Ka) (Kha) (Ga), but it has not been incorporated in the order dated 06.09.2017, since the said plot numbers were not mentioned in paragraph no.1 of the Writ application, though it is mentioned in paragraph no.4 of the Writ application.

In the circumstances, the said plot numbers are directed to be included in paragraph no.4 of the order dated 06.09.2017. So far as Plot No.2646 is concerned, as incorporated in paragraph no.4 of the order, it has been recorded as 2646 (Ka)

Patna High Court CWJC No.21906 of 2014(3) dt.20-03-2018 2/2 (Kha)(Ga) in stead of only (Ka) (Kha).

Learned Counsel for the respondent State has no objection to such modification.

Hence, the order dated 06.09.2017 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
