The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S Case No.79 of 2013 registered under sections 420 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that one Ranjeet Kumar was appearing in the intermediate examination in place of the petitioner, I am not inclined to accede to the prayer made by petitioner. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
