2. Lastly, the prayer for bail was rejected on 17.08.2022 talking into consideration that the case is pending for commitment.

3 . On 22.09.2023 , a report was called for from the concerned Court, Trial Court, Report dated 17.10.2023 reveals that the case is at the stage of appearance. Even after a lapse of more than one year, there is no progress in trial.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
