The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are not named in the first information report. The petitioners were arrested on mere suspicion and they are said to have confessed their guilt. The petitioners are said to have been identified by the police in the police station but they were not put on T.I. Parade. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to
