In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioners :

(1) That the present petition is being preferred assailing the validity and correctness of the decision alleging to be taken by District Education Promotion Committee, Gopalganj regarding promotion of Teachers in Trained Graduate School as well as against the post of the Headmaster and their posting vide Memo No.3281 dated 26.12.2017 issued under the authority of District Programme Officer Establishment, Gopalganj without following required process under statutes reservation policy as well as in

Patna High Court CWJC No.7093 of 2018(2) dt.02-08-2018 2/2 absence of the regular District Education Officer who is the Chairman of the promotion Committee and additionally the decision was taken on the gradation list prepared and finalized in May 2006 considering the candidature of Teacher upto December 2015 as well as the further prayer relates for the necessary order for consideration and promotion the illegibility, suitability and seniority of Teacher upto December 2017 after setting aside the order under challenge.

Considering the relief sought for in the present writ application, the petitioners are directed to file a representation regarding the redressal of their grievance before the Respondent No.2 i.e. The Director, Primary Edcuation, Govt. of Bihar, New Secretariat, Patna within a period of 30 days. The Respondent No.2 shall consider the representation of the petitioners and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
