Patna High Court MJC No.4847 of 2014(10) dt.07-05-2026 2/2 learned State counsel has taken this Court to the decision vide memo no.143 dated 16.05.2018 to show that the Director, Secondary Education, Bihar Patna has passed a reasoned order and requested a counter part at Dumka (Jharkhand) to act in accordance with law/directive of the court.
4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, if any grievance still remains, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
