JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2017 Earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 22.02.2017 in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO-cum- Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Saran at Chapra with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial within a period of two months' from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order. The District Magistrate, Chapra and the Superintendent of Police, Chapra, were also directed to take necessary steps to ensure that the remaining prosecution witnesses are produced in the court on the date fixed by the court below so that the trial could be concluded within the stipulated period. Earlier vide Letter No. 287 dated 02.05.2017, the court below had requested for extention of another one month time for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51285 of 2016 (6) dt.28-06-2017 2/2 concluding the trial and the same was allowed. Now the court below again vide Letter No.366 dated 16.06.2017 has sought for 11⁄2 months' further time for concluding the trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, further 11⁄2 months' time is granted to the court below for concluding the trial from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
