1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The present writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (A) For issuance of an appropriate writ / order / direction directing the respondents to pay salary to the petitioner which is due since February 2023 with statutory interest.

(B) After payment of the aforesaid arrear of salary respondents may be further directed to pay salary to the petitioner regularly.

(C) For any other relief/s for which the petitioner is found entitled to.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that District Appellate Authority has been constituted under the Rules for

Patna High Court CWJC No.13144 of 2025(2) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 hearing the grievances of the teachers. The petitioner has directly approached this Court without availing the remedy before the District Appellate Authority.

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present writ application is disposed with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Appellate Authority, Kaimur, Bhabhua.

5. It is made clear that if any Appeal is filed by the petitioner, the District Appellate Authority, Kaimur, Bhabhua shall dispose the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
