The present application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 11.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37885 of 2017 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 189 of 2017 (G.R. Case No. 1115 of 2017) pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Patna.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that by mistake in the prayer portion of the bail application 'C.J.M., Patna' has wrongly been typed in place of 'A.C.J.M. Danapur, Patna'.

Accordingly, the order dated 11.08.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37885 of 2017, is modified to the effect that in last

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42009 of 2017 (2) dt.30-08-2017 2/2 paragraph of the order dated 11.08.2017, 'A.C.J.M. Danapur, Patna', should be read in place of 'C.J.M. Patna'.
