In view of the fact that the L.P.C. has already been issued to the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present MJC application, as the main grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.
However, if the arrears of salary have not been paid to the petitioner, then he shall be at liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal of his valid grievances. The present MJC application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the observations made above.
